By accessing or using Landing Creator, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Landing Creator is an SEO and AI content automation platform that generates landing pages based on your content matrix. Pages are delivered via our CDN and can be integrated into your website using WordPress, Next.js, or our REST API.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the business information and descriptions you provide to Landing Creator. Generated content is owned by you and may be used freely on your websites. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Landing Creator to generate content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Landing Creator available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Landing Creator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of traffic or search rankings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Landing Creator after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
